Sunday, July 6, is run day at Cambrian College!
Cambrian is hosting its second annual Pride Run at its Barry Downe campus.
The fundraising event is open to the entire Sudbury community and will support bursaries for Cambrian's 2SLGBTQIA+ students.
"This is such an amazing event and I'm so excited we are back for a second year," says Krystel Houle, event organizer and Cambrian's Wellness Coordinator. "We've had amazing support from across the entire campus community and we're especially glad that RBC and KPMG are back once again to support us. Our Pride Run is a great demonstration of the inclusive atmosphere we have on campus to support 2SLGBTQIA+ students, their families, and community allies."
Cambrian's Pride Run will take place from 8-11 a.m.
The entry fee for the 5KM run/walk is $40, while the 1K run/walk costs $20. Children 12 and under can run in the 1K event for free.
The Cambrian Pride Run is organized by Cambrian's Athletic Centre, KPMG Pride Centre, and Wellness Department.
It is proudly supported by RBC and KPMG.
