As P.E.I. faces some of the highest rates of food insecurity in the country, more people are using the pay-what-you-can school food program but fewer are paying for it. But is it helping fight food insecurity, and what are the longer-term solutions? CBC News: Compass host Louise Martin speaks with Jennifer Taylor, a foods and nutrition professor and food insecurity researcher at UPEI.
