Keyano is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Apex Distribution Inc., a brand-new donor to our institution. Apex Distribution Inc. generously donated $10,500 to create six new student awards this year and committed to contributing another $10,500 next year. These funds will establish the Apex Distribution Inc. Indigenous Student Achievement Exiting Award and the Apex Distribution Inc. Indigenous Student Achievement Trades Award, supporting Indigenous students in trades and credit programming.
The awards include scholarships recognizing academic excellence and leadership skills and bursaries to assist students in financial need. These initiatives are crucial in helping Indigenous students achieve their educational goals and succeed in their chosen fields.
In a statement from the Apex Distribution Inc. communications team, they expressed their commitment to educational advancement and achievement for Indigenous students:
"Apex Distribution Inc. is proud to support Indigenous students at Keyano College in pursuing their post-secondary education.
