"This initiative has not only benefited the students but has also given our staff the rewarding opportunity to mentor and guide the next generation," said Weese. "The response has been overwhelmingly positive from both sides."

Weese is consistently supporting and hiring graduates from the College. In the customs department, the afternoon shift consists of all international students hired after graduating from the IBM - Logistics Systems program at St. Clair College, Weese said.

"This has not only opened valuable career doors for these students, but it has also enriched our team by giving us the rewarding experience of mentoring the next generation," said Weese.
