More than 4,900 students will graduate from Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) during 21 convocation ceremonies taking place across the province from June 2 to 13, 2025. All ceremonies will be live-streamed at nscc.ca/ceremony and will also be available on YouTube.
"There's nothing more inspiring than congratulating every student as they cross the stage, each carrying a story of courage, growth and hope," says NSCC President Don Bureaux. "While Convocation marks an end to their journey as students, it's the beginning of an exciting new chapter as NSCC graduates, ready with new skills and experiences to carry them forward."
In addition to the awarding of credentials, 22 students will be honoured as valedictorians. A full list of names and profiles for each valedictorian can be found at nscc.ca/convocation.
Two outstanding Nova Scotians will also be presented with Honorary Diplomas the highest form of recognition presented by NSCC. Recipients are chosen based on their contributions to the community and the College.
