Vanier College is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Frendian to the Board of Governors. A student in the Commerce, Pre-University program, Nicholas shows strong leadership qualities. The College is confident that he will make a valuable contribution, and the Board looks forward to working with him.

"As a proactive and results-oriented individual, I have the privilege to be the Internal Affairs Coordinator for the Vanier College Student Association (VCSA) as well as the newly appointed pre-university student of the Vanier College Board of Governors. I not only have a strong reputation for taking ideas and turning them into valuable outcomes, but I tackle every responsibility with initiative, focus, and determination. Overall, I am proud of my reputation as a proactive, results-driven leader, and I appreciate the responsibility to seize opportunities, take action, and produce outcomes that have lasting impacts."
The Board of Governors is the governing body of the College and is composed of nineteen members who serve on a voluntary basis and represent industry, faculty, staff, administration, alumni, parents and students. The Board of Governors meets approximately seven times per academic year and oversees certain college operations, establishes major college policies, and develops academic and related plans.
