NAIT welcomes new Associate Vice-President, Student Experience

NAIT is pleased to announce Petrina Ferreira as the Associate Vice-President, Student Experience. 

Petrina has been serving in this role on an interim basis for over a year, demonstrating unwavering leadership, a deep commitment to enhancing the student experience and a dynamic and forward-thinking outlook.  

With nearly 25 years of experience dedicated to student success and advocacy, Petrina's career spans student services, campus engagement, strategic leadership, and human resources. Her extensive background positions her as a strong champion for students at NAIT.  

A lifelong learner, Petrina holds a Bachelor of Applied Human Services Administration and a Master of Arts in Learning and Technology. She is currently pursuing a certificate in leadership in Accessibility and Inclusion, all while sharing her expertise as an instructor.
