Collège Boréal athletes honoured at the 2026 Vipères Gala

At the annual Vipères Gala at Collège Boréal, the Student Life sector, in collaboration with the AGEE's sports sector, presented a total of 45 awards and bursaries.

The event celebrated the achievements of Collège Boréal athletes in recreational and varsity sports, recognizing players from soccer, powerlifting, hockey, basketball, volleyball, and badminton for an outstanding season.

The Dennis Dionne Fair Play Award was presented to Alyssa Gagné (from Val Caron, Ontario), a student in the Fish and Wildlife Management Technology program. Created in memory of Dennis Dionne, former coach of Collège Boréal's badminton team, this award is presented each year to an athlete who demonstrates exceptional team spirit. 

The Student Life Award was presented to Maxim Laberge, an employee at the Sports Centre and a student in the Fish and Wildlife Management Technology program, for his exceptional dedication and ongoing support for the sector and student athletics at the College.

The Alumni Award was presented to Michelle Kozlowskyj for her sustained commitment to community sports and the promotion of physical activity.
