GEORGE BROWN POLYTECHNIC
Celebrating Indigenous Creativity at the Library Learning Commons

June 2, 2026

In collaboration with Indigenous Initiatives and in celebration of National Indigenous History Month, we are proud to feature Indigenous creators whose work reflects culture, creativity, storytelling, and community. We invite you to explore these artistic voices and recognize the rich histories and ongoing contributions of Indigenous peoples across Canada.

On every Tuesday in June, we will be spotlighting a featured Indigenous creator whose work is on display at the library. Each week will offer a chance to experience a different perspective, and engage more deeply with their creative work. Stay tuned to hear more beginning Tuesday, June 2nd.

You can also discover something new in our Indigenous collection at any time; browse through powerful stories, thought-provoking nonfiction, poetry, and more by Indigenous authors and voices.
