College Celebrates its 30th Anniversary

On May 9th, Cégep Heritage College celebrated its 30th Anniversary by hosting a cocktail to honour College Alumni and builders.

Michael Randall, Director General, presented a brief history of the College which began in 1969 when Le Cégep de Hull admitted seven Anglophone students, which grew to over 700 students by the time Education Minister Claude Ryan granted the College it's charter in 1988. Today, there are over 1200 students in regular education, and 300 students in Continuing Education. The College facilities have been expanded over the years and now offer 4 pre-university programs and 8 technical programs along with 5 AECs, business services and second language workshops and courses at the Gatineau and Campbell's Bay campuses.
