Cheers to 50 years! To mark its 50th anniversary in Hamilton, St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School is hosting two major events for current and former students and staff:
A 50th anniversary gala at Carmen's Banquet Centre on Thursday, April 27, 2023
A 50th Reunion Open House at St. Thomas More CSS on Friday, April 28, 2023
All are welcome to attend.
50th Anniversary Gala
A 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held at Carmen's Banquet Centre on Thursday, April 27th. The Gala will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception. Dinner will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Carmen's Ballroom.
As part of STM's anniversary celebrations, a Distinguished Alumni Award has been established to recognize the outstanding contributions and achievements of STM alumni, both students and staff. The first inductees of this prestigious award will be recognized at the gala event. Learn more about the awards here.
Tickets for the gala dinner are $75 and must be purchased in advance. A cash bar will be available.

50th Anniversary Open House
Former students and staff are invited to attend a 50th Anniversary Open House at St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School on Friday, April 28, 2023. The Open House will feature "Walk Through The Decade" rooms, music, food and a cash bar. Many memories and stories will be shared. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the event will run until 1 a.m. For best service and line-up free entry, purchase your tickets in advance.
