Brandon School Division Board of Trustees and Senior Administration are pleased to announce the following Vice Principal appointments for the 2023-2024 School Year:
Amanda Cumming has been appointed Vice Principal of École New Era School, effective September 5, 2023.
Ms. Cumming began her career with the Brandon School Division in 2009 and has experience as a Classroom Teacher, English as an Additional Language Teacher, and most recently as a Kindergarten Teacher at Riverview School.
Ms. Cumming's education includes a Bachelor of Education in Early Years and Middle Years Education, School Leadership Certification, and a Bachelor of Arts.
Kimberly Humphries has been appointed Vice Principal of Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School, effective September 5, 2023.
Ms. Humphries began her career with the Brandon School Division in 2010 and has experience as a Classroom Teacher, Resource Teacher, and most recently as Vice Principal of King George School.
Ms. Humphries' education includes a Master of Education in Education Administration, a Master of Education in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Education.
Bobbi Lynn Meyer has been appointed Vice Principal of Waverly Park School, effective September 5, 2023.
Mrs. Meyer began her career with the Brandon School Division in 2017 and has experience as a Classroom Teacher and most recently as Resource Teacher at Waverly Park School.
Mrs. Meyer's education includes a Master of Education in Educational Administration, a Master of Education in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Education, Psychology and Native Studies.
Malcolm Oldcorn has been appointed Vice Principal of École secondaire Neelin High School, effective September 5, 2023.
Mr. Oldcorn began his career with the Brandon School Division in 2017 and has experience as a Vice Principal, Classroom Teacher, English as an Additional Language Teacher, Teacher Librarian, Counsellor, and most recently as Acting Principal of Waverly Park School.
Jennifer Rannie has been appointed Vice Principal of Vincent Massey High School, effective September 5, 2023.
Ms. Rannie began her career with the Brandon School Division in 2015 and has experience as a Classroom Teacher throughout Kindergarten to Grade 6 classrooms, and most recently as Continuous Improvement Coach at Kirkcaldy Heights School.
Ms. Rannie's education includes a Master of Education in Administration, School Leadership Certification, a Bachelor of Education in Middle Years Education, and a Bachelor of Arts.
Suzanne Sullivan has been appointed Vice Principal of Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School, effective September 5, 2023.
Mrs. Sullivan began her career with the Brandon School Division in 2003 and has experience as a Classroom Teacher at Vincent Massey High School for 14 years and most recently as Vice Principal of École secondaire Neelin High School.
Mrs. Sullivan's education includes a Master of Education in Instruction and Curriculum, a Bachelor of Education, and she is currently completing a second Master of Education in Educational Leadership.
