Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Robbie Charlebois will be joining the Division as Associate Superintendent of Human Resources.
"We are excited to have Robbie returning to Lethbridge School Division," said incoming Superintendent Mike Nightingale. "Her diverse professional experiences, combined with her genuine care for others and ability to establish relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be tremendous assets in this role with Lethbridge School Division. Robbie is an outstanding educator with experience and training in Human Resources. As well, Robbie has experience moving staff wellness initiatives forward, which I believe is a critical element of the Human Resources portfolio."
Charlebois started her career in Horizon School Division teaching middle school. She moved to Lethbridge School Division in 2004 where she served as a Learning Support Teacher at Winston Churchill High School and subsequently became a Vice-Principal at Dr. Probe. In 2015, she rejoined Horizon School Division as Director of Inclusive Education and became Associate Superintendent of Human Services with Horizon in January of 2020.
Charlebois has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge. She also holds a Master of Leadership and Administration degree from Gonzaga University. Charlebois is a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources and has passed the National Knowledge Exam for Human Resource professionals. She currently serves on the College of Alberta School Superintendents south zone executive.
