The ALCDSB has 33 EcoSchools this year! This number includes 6 Platinum level, 12 Gold level, 3 Silver level, 2 Bronze level schools and 10 Participants (Green) as reported in the Eco Schools report released on June 16, 2023.
Of the 23 schools that received certification this year, 339 actions were completed over a combined 12,991 hours of outdoor learning with the engagement of 480 students - who were all active participants of a designated EcoTeam!

1,221 waste-free lunches were packed and brought to school
