Last week FRC once again showed its dominance by placing two teams in the provincial eSports championship final.
With FRC Black facing off against FRC Gold, all the other schools in the province had to acknowledge that FRC's eSports program is the cream of the crop in Manitoba.
Ultimately FRC Gold defeated FRC Black for provincial glory, but there is no shame in finishing second in the province.
Congratulations to FRC Gold's Alan Chen, Ryan Oh, Tei Oh, Ivan Ye, Bosco Huang, and Michael Zhang.
And kudos to FRC Black's Steven Ngo, Jaimie Thi, Ben Xue, Aaron Feng, Simon Luo, Owen Bian, and Kyle Nguyen.
No mention of FRC's eSports dominance is complete without congratulating coach Philip Tat and Vice Principal Jon Maness, who has long been a driving force for eSports at FRC and throughout the province.
Well done to everyone associated with FRC Gold and FRC Black!
