We are pleased to announce that Daniel Stargratt has been selected as the Superintendent of Programme Services. Daniel will begin his role on Monday, August 19th 2024.
Daniel joins us from Durham Catholic District School Board where he currently holds the position of Assistant Superintendent of Indigenous Education + Family of Schools. Daniel brings over 28 years of experience in Catholic and First Nation schools, during which time he has served as a teacher, vice-principal, principal and system leader. Daniel has been a member of local and provincial committees and a presenter at many board, college, university and professional association conferences. He has also instructed courses at various universities in Mathematics (Primary/Junior), Special Education, First Nation Métis and Inuit (Parts 1, 2 + Specialist), as well as the Assessment Additional Qualification course, and has been recognized by the Ministry of Education and OCSOA for his work in support of Holocaust Education and Truth and Reconciliation.
