Congratulations to École Charleswood School and band director Jeff Boch, for being awarded h the Manitoba Band Association Family of Festivals George Douglas Award.
The George Douglas Award is awarded to one recipient annually to acknowledge exemplary performance, mature on and off-stage presence, responsiveness to their clinic, commitment to the MBA Family of Festivals through longevity of participation, and the development of an outstanding band program.
Mr. Boch and the band program at ECS uphold these in an exemplary fashion and it was the committee's unanimous decision to recognize them with this award in 2024.
