The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Boucher-Raymond as Vice-Principal of École publique Le Cœur du Nord in Kapuskasing.
Ms. Boucher-Raymond is an educator with over 25 years' experience in French-language education. She is currently a special education consultant for the CSPNE schools in Hearst and Kapuskasing. A systemic leader, her analytical and critical approach enables her to accompany and support her colleagues in encouraging and participating in the success and well-being of students and staff.
Yves Laliberté, Director of Education, believes that Ms. Boucher-Raymond is a beneficial choice for the Coeur du Nord school community and the CSPNE team. "We are confident that the arrival of Ms. Boucher-Raymond will bring a positive vision and a spirit of collaboration that will enable the CSPNE to achieve excellence and increase the success rate of its students."
Ms. Boucher-Raymond's appointment fills the vacancy left by Andrea Bertrand-Gendron, who recently accepted the position of principal at École publique Le Cœur du Nord. Mr. Patrick La Salle will take over as principal of École secondaire publique Écho du Nord as of the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
