At the November 20, 2024 annual organizational meeting, the Richmond Board of Education elected its chairperson and vice chairperson for the 2024/25 school year.
Ken Hamaguchi has been elected as chairperson, succeeding Heather Larson, who served in the role with exemplary dedication and leadership. David Yang has been elected as vice chairperson, bringing his commitment and expertise to the position.
