Carol Shankaruk, MVSD Coordinator of Indigenous Education, was recognized by the Governor General of Canada, Mary Simon, for her work in promoting mental health and wellness.
MVSD would like to congratulate Carole Shankaruk, MVSD Coordinator of Indigenous Education, who was recognized as an exemplary Canadian and awarded a King Charles III Coronation medal on February 20, 2025 during a ceremony at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.
