Last month, a Lethbridge Collegiate Institute student made a little history in the welding competition at the South West Regional Skills Canada event.
Brooke Vatamaniuk took first place as Career Transitions partnered with Lethbridge Polytechnic and Skills Canada Alberta to host the competition. Zachary Michaelis, also from LCI, came in second.
