Natalie offers a well-rounded perspective, a strong commitment to student success, and a passion for collaborative leadership.
Over the past 18 years, she has held various positions, including instructional coach, resource/learning support teacher, interim principal and vice principal, Reading Recovery teacher, and classroom teacher.
Natalie has deepened her understanding of effective communication, the significance of safe and trusting relationships, and the influence of leading by example while embracing these roles.
A combination of experience and commitment to ongoing professional development have well-prepared her for this leadership opportunity. We are confident in her ability to make a meaningful contribution to the St. Adolphe school community and to support the educational priorities of the Seine River School Division with dedication and integrity.
