Battle River School Division (BRSD) Board of Trustees approved the Annual Education Results Report (AERR) for the 2024-25 school year at the December board meeting. Also on December 11, 2025, the Board approved two school calendars: one for the upcoming 2026-27 school year and one for 2027-28.
BRSD Superintendent of Schools Natasha Wilm is pleased to share that the calendars are available on the division's website.
"We are hopeful that having two years of calendars available will help families and staff plan ahead for significant events, holidays and school activities," says Wilm. "This is part of our ongoing commitment to being proactive in supporting student learning, in addition to ensuring a focus on well-being for both students and staff across the division."
Also available is BRSD's AERR. Assistant Superintendent - Education Services, Stephen Hoyland is proud of division-wide achievements noted throughout.
"The AERR is a comprehensive report that outlines work identified in BRSD's Three Year Education Plan," says Hoyland. "Data outcomes listed in the AERR are specific to goals and initiatives embedded into the work plan each spring. These two documents guide the division's work, provide accountability and highlight success."
Through feedback and evaluation, these reports evolve annually, supporting and aligning with BRSD's three strategic priorities: Learning Success for All, Enhance High Quality Learning and Working Environments, and Well-Being.
