Congratulations to Amy Caporicci (St. Ann, St. Catharines), Parker Marotta (St. Ann, Fenwick), Lily Grossi (St. Peter) and Skylar Christian (St. John Henry Newman) who competed as part of Team Canada at the NFL Flag Football Championships Americas tournament in Monterrey, Mexico, earlier this month.
This competition saw teams from Panama, Brazil, Puerto Rico and the host country, Mexico come together in a weekend filled with football, friends, and fun! Team Canada came home as bronze medalists, representing both the Niagara region and Canada with great character and sportsmanship.
