As part of our board-wide commitment to fostering kindness, inclusion, and a positive board culture, Peel District School Board was excited to take part in Pink Shirt Day.
This initiative was an important opportunity for us to stand together against bullying and show our shared dedication to respect and empathy within our community.
Staff, students and the entire PDSB community were invited to wear pink on Wednesday, February 25 and show their support. Every shirt, every smile, every gesture sent a powerful message to students and the entire PDSB community: we are united in creating spaces where everyone feels safe and welcome.
The peelschools.org website swapped its brand blue for pink in support of this day.

Schools and students worked on initiatives at the class level to further educate and support Pink Shirt Day and help continue the fight against bullying.
