Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) is pleased to announce a tender for the construction of a $43.6 million elementary school and child care centre for southwest London has been awarded to PK Construction Inc.
Located in the Middleton subdivision in Southwest London between Exeter and Wharncliffe, the new southwest elementary school will accommodate 934 students and include an 88-space child care centre. It's expected to open for September 2028.
The new southeast school is one of 8 new elementary schools set to be built in Thames Valley by the TVDSB. These schools are critical in ensuring the growing communities in Thames Valley have access to modern, high-quality education facilities.
The Ministry of Education announced funding for a new southeast London elementary school in January, 2025.
