With Lethbridge School District No. 51 since 2001, Orr is highly regarded as an outstanding teacher and leader who goes above and beyond to help students experience success. Her current assistant principal position at G.S. Lakie Middle School has provided opportunity to explore the middle grades in a leadership role. Prior to G. S. Lakie, Orr was at LCI. This experience as a classroom teacher is complimented with time at Chinook High School and Gilbert Paterson Middle School. 
Orr possesses a breadth of leadership experience within the profession, including participation on the professional-development committee, mentorship program, Science Olympics, GEM teacher leader, Telus World of Science, provincial text book reviewer and Let's Talk Science committee member.
A positive, enthusiastic and student-centred educator, Orr has much to contribute to Chinook's climate of growth, team and genuine care for students and staff. Orr looks forward to re-joining Chinook High School in her new role and connecting with students, families and staff.
Orr received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and was awarded her Master of Education degree from Montana State University in 2012.
