Dr. Jenn Cole receives Early Career Researcher Award from Dr. Mark Skinner, Trent's dean of Humanities & Social Sciences.
Trent University recently held its annual Celebration of Faculty Excellence in Teaching and Research to recognize the outstanding contributions of faculty members in research, innovation, and teaching. This year, over 400 nominations were submitted by students and faculty, the highest number in Trent's history.
"We are thrilled to recognize the exceptional research achievements of our faculty at Trent University," said Dr. Cathy Bruce, vice-president of Research & Innovation. "The caliber of nominations this year was impressive, signaling the research excellence that permeates the University. These faculty are engaged in deep and innovative research that is world-class, but they are equally advancing student curiosity, skills and knowledge right here at Trent."
The evening included the presentation of several notable awards to staff and faculty:
