University of Calgary - Underused downtown office building being converted to U of C classrooms

Downtown Calgary\'s 801 Seventh Avenue SW, formerly known as the Nexen Building, is being converted from office spaces to University of Calgary classrooms after the tower has sat virtually empty for about six years.
