Brandon University Bobcat Athletics is proud to announce the appointment of Kailan Robinson as the head coach of the women's volleyball program.

Robinson has been at the helm of the Women's Volleyball team on an interim basis for the past two seasons, showing her dedication both to the athletes and the program.

"We are incredibly pleased to have Kailan officially step into the role of head coach," said Russ Paddock, Director of Athletics at Brandon University. "Her commitment to the development of our student-athletes, both on and off the court, has been exceptional. Over the past two seasons, she has fostered a positive and competitive team culture that has set a strong foundation for future success. We are confident that under her leadership, the Bobcats women's volleyball program will achieve great things."

Robinson's seamless transition into the head coaching role is a testament to her deep understanding of the program and her passion for the sport. A former U SPORTS student-athlete herself, she brings a wealth of experience and a relatable perspective to her coaching style.

"I am truly honored to accept the head coach position for the women's volleyball program at Brandon University," said Robinson. "After two years as interim head coach, I am excited to bring stability and a clear vision for our athletes and the program's future. As a team, we will build on our past successes, on our positive team culture, and I hope to empower BU's student-athletes to reach their fullest potential both on and off the court."

During her tenure as interim head coach, Robinson has been instrumental in recruiting talented student-athletes and has consistently guided the team to be competitive within the highly challenging Canada West conference. Her focus on skill development and tactical play has been a hallmark of her coaching.

The Brandon University Bobcats women's volleyball team has a proud history of excellence, and the university is excited to enter this new chapter with Coach Robinson leading the way. The upcoming season is anticipated with great enthusiasm as the team looks to build on the solid groundwork laid during Robinson's interim leadership.
