The wait is over. TMU Station is now officially here.
As of December 7, the subway station at Yonge and Dundas has officially become TMU Station, marking a significant milestone for the university and expanding its presence in the heart of the city.

TMU Station signage now greets transit riders at the subway platform, marking the official change of the station's transition from its former name.
The renaming, which began in November, is now complete with signage, maps and digital displays reflecting the station's new identity. Transit riders will see TMU prominently featured throughout the station and across the TTC network.
The name change strengthens TMU's presence in the heart of Toronto, where more than 80 per cent of the university's 50,000 students, staff and faculty arrive daily as commuters.
TMU Station is part of the Transit Innovation Yard partnership between the university and the TTC, a collaborative initiative focused on developing solutions to transit challenges and positioning Toronto as a leader in community-driven transit innovation.

New signage reading 'TMU Station' reinforces the connection between the transit hub and the campus community.
