Campus flags will be lowered Friday, Nov. 15, in memory of retired psychology professor Meyer Starr, who died Sept. 16.
Dr. Starr joined the UWindsor faculty in 1963 as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, receiving promotions in 1966 to assistant professor and in 1972 to associate professor, a position he held until his retirement in 1993.
