UQAM launches research chair to help Quebec municipalities adapt to climate change

Juste Rajaonson, professor of urban studies at Université du Québec à Montréal, is one of the professors involved in the initiative, which will work with municipalities across the province to help them adapt their infrastructure to extreme weather events.
