Saskatchewan Polytechnic helps students with technology investments during challenging times

Amid challenging economic times, Saskatchewan Polytechnic is helping students make the most of their technology investments. For the first time, students will be able to purchase Dell computers at a discount through a Laptop Purchase Program.

"With the financial hardships and increase in learning from home brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, this program is incredibly important for our students," says Dr. Larry Rosia, Sask Polytech president and CEO. "Offering the Laptop Purchase Program with Dell will provide significant savings to Sask Polytech students needing affordable personal devices to ease the transition to increased online and remote learning."

Students are able to choose from Dell PC models that are best suited to the specifications of the school that their program is in. These pre-configured options will ease the student shopping experience and allow for students to make a more informed decision regarding their laptop purchase. Students can pick from the pre-configured systems or choose custom upgrades within those to help meet their needs while still receiving the discount.

Students can browse laptop options and purchase them online. An @saskpolytech email is required to receive the discount and purchase a laptop.
