This is Coach Georges Germanos' third time winning as Coach of the Year over the past four years. Georges, who's been with the Cavaliers in a head coach position since 2003, has seen the team grow under his stewardship from their first year in D1 in 2007-08 when they started with a 3-17 record to where they are today, one of the top programs in Quebec and Canada. With a 13-1 season, and being ranked within the top 5 in Canada all season, it's been a great year so far for Coach Germanos and his team. Congratualtions and well-done!
