The board of directors of the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des îles announces the renewal of the mandate of the director general, Mrs. Yolaine Arseneau. This five-year term will end in June 2028. After reviewing the evaluation report, the members of the board voted unanimously in favor of renewing the term of Mrs. Arseneau during the meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Consultations with the college community have highlighted her managerial qualities, which are in line with the needs and challenges of the college for the coming years. On the strength of the favorable opinion on the renewal of the mandate submitted by the evaluation committee, the Board of Directors therefore fully reiterates its confidence in Mrs. Arseneau and grants her a second mandate.
In office since June 2019, Mrs. Arseneau has particularly distinguished herself by her human leadership, her ability to mobilize and her strong abilities to lead the development of the college. The Board of Directors congratulates her on the renewal of her mandate and the work carried out over the past few years.
