Lakeland College Program Info Sessions are an opportunity to learn more about the 50+ programs offered at the college and apply for free at the same time.
"Program Info Sessions are an opportunity for those who've applied to a program to spend the day with us and see exactly what it means to be a Lakeland student," says Jessica Amundrud, supervisor of recruitment and enrolment at Lakeland. "It's also a great opportunity for those still exploring their options to gain some first-hand knowledge about what our programs entail. It's a day of hands-on learning while connecting with current students, staff and faculty."
Lloydminster campus will host Program Info Sessions on March 7 for those interested in energy, university transfer, health and wellness and business programs. On March 8, Vermilion campus will be open for those looking to learn more about agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, trades and technology, interior design and human services.
The $90 application fee is waived for those applying at Program Info Sessions and during the event, Lakeland-branded clothing will be on sale at the bookstore on campus and online for 20 per cent off. All students who attend Program Info Sessions will receive a Lakeland crewneck.
