Durham College's (DC) Bistro '67 will host a unique dining experience on February 9 and 10 when RBC presents A Night with Tre Sanderson: Top Chef Canada Winner.
A 2015 graduate of DC's Culinary Management program and winner of Top Chef Canada Season 10, Tre hopes to inspire the next generation by celebrating and modernizing Caribbean cuisine. Working alongside DC students and the Bistro '67 team, he'll deliver an unforgettable six-course culinary experience.
In recognition of Black History Month, the event will be held on Friday, February 9 and Saturday, February 10, beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets are available now.
Tre is available to speak with the media about his career, becoming Canada's Top Chef, and giving back to DC. We are also holding a limited number of tickets for members of the media to attend and cover the event.
