Saturday's Open House highlights new spaces and programs

Attendees of Fanshawe's Spring Open House this Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will be among the first to explore the campus since the addition of the 95,000-square-foot Innovation Village at the heart of the London Campus.  

Guests in London can also explore sites like the state-of-the-art Centre for Applied Transportation Technologies and the incredible Aviation Centre or take in the vibrant atmosphere of the London Downtown Campus. 

Time to make a decision about college? 

Students share that a visit to a college campus is what solidified their decision. Open House provides prospective students the perfect opportunity to experience the excitement and energy of Fanshawe, while also having meaningful conversations with current students and faculty to help answer questions about the academic journey. Faculty and students are eager to highlight the hands-on, experience-based projects that will be a part of every student's journey. 

New programs responding to industry demands 

Fanshawe continues to introduce in-demand programs, including:

Fanshawe continues to redefine the college experience with the evolution of cutting-edge labs, innovative learning and social spaces and world-class wellness facilities. This Saturday prospective students and community members can begin to envision their future experience with Fanshawe. A large part of every student journey is the support that Fanshawe offers to nurture student success; services will be on display in the Student Service Showcase in the Glenn Johnston Athletic Centre. 
 
Open House will give guests access to hundreds of current students ready to offer an authentic sneak peek into life at Fanshawe and sharing invaluable tips to make the most of college. Guests will also be able to tour on-campus Residences between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

"We are incredibly excited for this Open House, to showcase Innovation Village for the first time to prospective students and our community," says Dave Schwartz, executive director of Reputation and Brand Management. "The energy and enthusiasm our team will provide throughout our campus will get everyone excited about starting their journey at Fanshawe, whether they are looking to launch, level-up or redirect their career."
