- Record enrolment growth is putting pressure on our system. This has caused the number of schools in overflow status to rise. By comparison, at the end of the 2022-23 school year, 21 schools had an overflow plan in place, while only 12 schools had an overflow plan in place at the end of the 2021-22 school year.
