The Board of Education of School District 69 (Qualicum) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chris Dempster, as the new General Manager of Operations commencing February 29, 2016.
Mr. Dempster was hired as the Assistant Manager of Operations in July 2014 and is also known to many in the School District for his work as a member of the District Health and Safety Committee. His new role will expand his strong leadership skills into the areas of Transportation, Operations and Maintenance, and Capital Planning.
The Board looks forward to continuing to work with Mr. Dempster in his new role and welcomes him to the District Leadership Team.
