- Katherin Charbonneau is moving from Manager of Early Learning to Director Early Learning and Childcare
- Carla Neville is moving from Manager of Administration and Contract Services, Communications and Governance to Controller
- Trisha Wilson is moving from Executive Assistant to Manager of Human Resources
- Lisa Fryer is moving from Acting Vice Principal to Vice Principal of Howitt Elementary School

- Robin Schmitt will be the new Vice Principal at Bamfield Community School
- Lisa Tremblay will be Acting Vice Principal Eighth Avenue Learning Center starting October 1, 2023
- Nick Seredick will be Acting Principal of Eighth Avenue Learning Center starting on October 1, 2023
