Each year, the Manitoba School Library Association Awards are presented to practicing teacher-librarians who are making an outstanding contribution to school librarianship in Manitoba.
This year, Katia Guzzardi, BSD's Divisional Library Technician, has been chosen to receive the 2024 award for the Manitoba School Library Association Outstanding Library Support Staff of the Year in Memory of Lois Gervais.
