On Monday, Harrison Trimble High School will hold its second human library. According the humanlibrary.org, the human library "is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that can challenge stereotypes and prejudice through dialogue." It is a "place where real people are on to loan readers. A place where difficult questions are expected, appreciated and answered." Our focus for wellness week is overall wellness (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual). Part of this is being resilient. The "books" - those Trimble students and staff selected for our Trojan Human Library - all shares stories of enduring and overcoming.
Trimble is hosting the Annual District Mental Health Symposium in the auditorium on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Grad song nominations are open until Thursday. Voting with be on May 8.
