On this World Teachers' Day, the Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) congratulates École publique Passeport Jeunesse teacher France Frenette-Lecours, recipient of the 2023 Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence.

For nearly 30 years, the Prime Minister's Awards for Teaching Excellence have recognized the excellence of elementary and secondary school teachers in all disciplines.
Ms. France is a true inspiration to students and colleagues alike. She is an outstanding teacher, respected by her colleagues and, above all, by her students.
Ms. Isabelle Boucher, Principal of École publique Passeport Jeunesse, recognizes the privilege her school community enjoys in being able to count on Ms. Frenette-Lecours' dedication and leadership.
