NORTHWEST CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD
The School Board Elects Chair and Vice Chair

The Trustees of The Northwest Catholic District School Board wish to announce that at the Inaugural Meeting of the Board held on December 7, 2018, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board were elected.

Trustee David Sharp was re-elected as Chair of the Board.Mr. Sharp lives in Stratton and has served as a Trustee with the Board since 2014. Chair Sharp stated, "I am honoured to serve as Chair of The Northwest Catholic District School Board. I will continue to work with staff to support decisions that represent our Gospel values and benefit all students entrusted to our care."

Trustee Kathy Bryck was re-elected as Vice Chair of the Board.Mrs. Bryck lives in Dryden and has served as a Trustee with the Board since 2010. "I am honoured to serve as Vice Chair, we have an excellent board and staff; and I will continue to promote excellence in Catholic education" said Kathy.

Director of Education Brendan Hyatt stated that, "Our families and communities are blessed to be served by Chair David Sharp and Vice Chair Kathy Bryck - leaders who have demonstrated their commitment to achieving the Mission of our Board and doing what is best for our students."
