Students in the hospitality program at Sutton District HS help run the school cafeteria, breakfast program and food pantry.
The program helps students gain valuable skills in cooking and hospitality while also supporting their school community. Hospitality Teacher George Christoforou is supported in running the program by Danielle, a program assistant who is also a Sutton DHS graduate.
"You're so hands on with making food every day and you can do any task you'd like," said Brooklyn, a Grade 10 student at Sutton DHS. "That's what I love about this course."
