Following the meeting between Premier François Legault and Pascale Déry, Minister of Higher Education, please will find the proposal for improvement to the new pricing model for students outside Quebec written by the three leaders of the English-language universities of Quebec.
Dr. Graham Carr, rector and vice-chancellor of Concordia University, Dr. Sébastien Lebel-Grenier, principal and vice-chancellor of Bishop's University, and Dr. Deep Saini, principal and vice-chancellor of the University McGill presented a historic and unprecedented proposal to resolve the current crisis.
The Premier indicated that he would study the proposal and respond shortly.
