President and CEO of LaSalle College Claude Marchand is pleased to welcome Elana Cooperberg as Director of Studies, one of the most engaging positions in Québec's collegiate institutions.
As the institution celebrates its 65th anniversary, Ms. Cooperberg is called upon to mobilize a team of over 400 teachers to fulfill LaSalle College's mission to provide high-quality vocational education that supports the success of the over 5,000 students enrolled in its 60 DCS and ACS programs, offered in both English and French.
Founded in Montréal in 1959 and expanding internationally since 1989, LaSalle College's unique and proven model, complementary to the public college network, attracts learners from over 130 countries. Notably, Ms. Cooperberg will help in navigating the implementation of measure to comply with new Bill 96 (Law 14) French-language requirements.
Ms. Cooperberg has extensive experience in higher education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. She joined the LaSalle College team last April.

In her new role, Ms. Cooperberg will continue the rollout of our success plan and promote pedagogical development, research, and the introduction of new programs. She will also continue to cultivate a learning environment and services that meet student needs, foster success, and ensure high graduation rates.
