At the most recent meeting of the St. Lawrence Governing Board, ministerial appointee Mathieu Vigneault was elected Chair. Vigneault is currently the director-general of AG-Bio Centre, a business incubator based in Lévis. He has also lectured on economic development at Université Laval. He is currently serving a three-year term on the St. Lawrence Governing Board.
Vigneault has graduate degrees in economic development and in management, to which he has recently added training in governance from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés of Université Laval.
